This is the first, basic script we developed based on our storyboard. We havem't planned to use dialogue in our trailer but this may change in the final script depending on the development of our ideas and what we feel will limit us whilst filming. We have encorporated the transitions and locations, giving us a clearer picture in writing of how our final trailer will look.

Rachel Manning’s drives hastily down Mill Lane. Trees and houses pass through the windscreen. Her radio breaks and shit hits it. Diegetic sounds from the car and the static radio, non-diegetic music begins.

Ryan and Harriet are flirting. Diegetic sounds of the mechanic fixing the car. Rachel stops in front of the car, rolls down her window and winks. Ryan winks back and Harriet gets annoyed. Diegetic sounds of Rachel’s car pulling up and stopping before she winks.

Simon and Edith are chatting over a wall. They look disapprovingly at Rachel as she drives past and disturbs the peace.

Barry and Charlie are coming back from hunting in Broomfield Mill. Jennifer sees them on their way and holds her stomach, wondering who the father is. Barry and Charlie wave.

Marcus sits at a table and read a magazine. Barry hands him cleaning cloths and spray and asks him to clean up. Marcus reluctantly complies.
